Duties
- Manage and oversee engineering programs from concept to completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to ensure project milestones are met
- Identify and mitigate risks through effective risk management strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Lead the development of engineering documentation, including technical specifications and reports
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions as needed
