Job Title: Integration Tool Engineer / Project Manager

Pay Rate: $31-35/hr
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an Integration Tool Engineer to work on Control Account Manager (CAM) tasks. Based in El Segundo, California, this role involves managing tooling work statements for various defense programs. The Integration Tool Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, manufacturing engineering, business management, and program operations, to oversee cost control, forecasting, and proposals. The role requires hands-on management of Earned Value Management (EVM) tools, project tracking, and multiple engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Tooling Integration: Gain an in-depth understanding of tools used to manufacture aircraft components.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with technical leadership and an Integrated Program Team (IPT) to achieve program cost, schedule, and technical goals.
Project Management: Simultaneously manage multiple project tasks, ensuring efficient completion of all assigned responsibilities.
Control Account Management (CAM): Track project budgets, financial performance, and earned value (EV) data. Participate in CAM status calls, and update Earned Value Management (EVM) tools and data products.
Scheduling: Coordinate with the scheduling team to develop and execute Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). Attend weekly status meetings, review time charging accuracy, and ensure alignment with IMS.
Change Management: Manage change requests in collaboration with business management and scheduling teams.
Staffing and Logistics: Support staffing requirements, generate documentation, and forecast program needs. Ensure staffing alignment with program baseline.
Risk Management: Conduct schedule risk assessments to mitigate potential cost and scheduling risks.
Communication and Reporting: Develop presentations for customers and management, attend stakeholder meetings, and ensure effective communication across all levels of leadership.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math)
Due to government regulations on this position, candidate must be eligible to work in the United States
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint
Pay Details: $31.00 to $35.00 per hour
