Job Summary
Responsible for providing technical support, system configuration, integration, change management, and overall application management for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud-based applications at Air Methods. This role involves designing, developing/configuring, coding (including scripting), testing, debugging, and documenting infrastructure and applications to ensure smooth operation, scalability, and security. The ideal candidate will have experience with complex data models, IaC tools, and cloud infrastructure management.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:
- Create and manage, automation, pipelines and deployment processes optimize to ensure smooth deployment of new features and fixes.
- Design and develop scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. Configure and manage cloud services and resources to meet organizational needs.
- Work closely with development teams, IT departments, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver infrastructure solutions that align with business goals. Communicate effectively to resolve issues and implement changes.
- Perform application releases to production environment following change management procedures
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate repetitive tasks and processes, enhancing operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university; and six (6) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6 + years supporting SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure environments.
- Proven experience developing 25 or more Power Apps.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) Templates, Ansible).
- Experience leading projects and programs across multiple lines of business on technology, process and data

Computer Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Azure and Outlook
- Basic grasp of API’s and standards (REST, SOAP, OAuth)
- SQL skills. Experience in other computer programming, scripting languages a plus
- Experience with SSRS, SSIS
- Experience with cloud application support
