STS Technical Services is hiring a Designer (Part-Time Support Role) in Melbourne, FL. This role supports design and office functions to maintain organization and efficiency for the team. Key Responsibilities:
Inventory/Library Support:
- Track and manage veneer sample inventory, reordering when necessary.
- Keep showrooms, working areas, and archive rooms organized.
- Restock and organize materials in the library.
- Place sample requests as needed and maintain commonly used materials.
Office General Support:
- Ensure mailing materials are stocked and organized.
- Coordinate with the admin team for office material orders.
- Prepare packages for shipment and create FedEx labels.
- Retrieve and manage mail from reception and logistics.
Customer Support:
- Assist designers during specification sessions.
- Prepare and ship color boards and sample approvals to customers.
- Assist with customer gift boxes.
- Archive documents and materials related to delivered aircraft.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with inventory management is a plus.
