Cyber Engineer Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Support the C5ISR section with Cyber architecture, evaluation, testing, and compliance for Ground Combat Platforms in the US market.
- Analyze software applications and encryption technologies to develop Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation.
- Ensure Cyber products and tasks integrate cross-functional technical scope within schedule and constraints.
- Develop and manage system requirements, including space, weight, power, reliability, and maintenance (SWaP-CRaM), enforcing compliance across the design team.
- Conduct trade studies to evaluate the balance of space, weight, power, cost, reliability, and performance in system and subsystem designs.
- Oversee the development of verification plans and manage their execution, including testing, production, and field site validation.
- Lead troubleshooting and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) for production, test, or modification projects.
- Evaluate new Cyber technologies for potential integration into company products.
- Coordinate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) on threat analysis, interface development, and requirements decomposition.
- Manage and participate in peer reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related science (Relevant cyber technical certificates or management credentials considered).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant engineering or military projects.
- US Security Clearance required (Non-US citizens may not be eligible).
- Experience with military vehicle development and system integration.
- Experience developing and managing system-level Cyber requirements.
- Familiarity with electrical line replaceable units and troubleshooting electronic hardware.
- Experience in cyber warfare (offensive/defensive) and embedded systems.
- Knowledge of software and computer science principles.
- Familiarity with Cyber physical system security requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
- Ability to climb on/off and work around military vehicles; must pass ASR test.
- Ability to travel up to 15 (domestic and international).
