Assembly Process Engineer

Job Description:

Responsible for process initiating:Define process according to design requirementsDefine technical specifications (machine/tooling/ingredient etc.) and validate them according to company procedurePublish process related documentsResponsible for process training to operators (theoretical and practical)Responsible for process control and improvement:Pilot process risk analysis with PFMEA or other tools.Monitor process maturity and robustness with MSA, SPC, CP/CPK etc.Pilot process improvement projectsParticipate troubleshooting/investigation and define corrective and preventive action planCo-work with product engineers on process change management to ensure compliance and traceability.Guarantee the compliance of process toward to customer specification and applicable international standardTechnical support for other process related requestsResponsible for adhering to all HSE required safety procedures in performing daily work activitiesResponsible for adhering to all Quality policies and rules required in performing daily work activitiesResponsible for fulfill customers requirement to guarantee good customers satisfactionGray parts are necessary

Job Requirements:

Work related requirementsEducation:Bachelor or above degree in material / mechanical engineeringWorking Experience:At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing industriesKnowledge/Skills: Strong ability to read and understand drawings, good GD&T knowledgeKnowledge of problem solving and quality improvement (8D, 5why, fishbone, etc.)Quick leaning capability, project management spirit, good teamwork, risk awareness, quality and innovation spiritSkilled in Office Software, and CAD and 3D modeling Software
