• Repair Design and Engineering Analysis (85): Create repair or modification designs, conduct engineering analyses, and generate technical documents like repair approvals, drawings, and reports. Collaborate with internal departments and oversee manufacturing activities.

• Standards Development and Continuous Improvement (5): Identify areas for process enhancement, actively participate in improvement initiatives.
