Advanced Software Engineer - SDA

Contract Position
Senior Advanced Software Engineer job in Scottsdale, Arizona is available with Moseley Technical Services Top Space Company. In this job you will Develop and deploy the state-of-the-art ground operational system.
Responsibilities:
- Summary: Develop and deploy advanced ground operational systems, collaborating across teams to ensure technical excellence.
- Perform requirements analysis, system design, integration, and testing under the guidance of the lead systems engineer.
- Conduct technical planning, cost/risk analyses, and customer requirements analysis to support system development.
- Develop systems and networks that meet governmental security specifications, and provide accreditation/certification support.
- Engage in modeling, simulation, and data analysis to assess design feasibility.
- Contribute to the design, development, and evaluation of technical platforms, ensuring compatibility across hardware/software systems.
- Identify and resolve system design challenges, working closely with senior internal teams and program management.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field with 5+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Clearance:
- U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
- Technical Expertise:
- DevSecOps experience with platforms/tools such as AWS, GitLab, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
- CI/CD pipeline development and test automation experience.
- Missile Warning/Missile Tracking system integration, testing, and operations experience.
- Familiarity with Agile philosophies and processes.
