Central Flying Service has an opportunity for a Senior Avionics Installer. Benefits include immediate PTO accrual, employer-paid benefits, and competitive pay. This position will be responsible for working alone or as a team member in performing installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a large variety of general aviation aircraft.
Responsible for the following:
- Perform assigned tasks on avionics, electrical systems, airframe, interior, pitot static systems, and associated components, in accordance with current FAA regulations, and appropriate technical manuals
- Report any un-airworthy condition to the Chief Inspector and the appropriate Director of Avionics.
- Report any unsafe practices to the appropriate Director of Avionics and the Chief Inspector.
- Follow and do not deviate from any written instructions such as Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Service Instructions, Kit Installation Instructions, Supplemental Type Certificates, etc. without the approval of the Chief Inspector.
- Getting an Inspector to sign off his work.
