Aircraft Engineering Services are looking for a Training Programme Administrator to work alongside our Training Programme Coordinator on the day to day running of our Apprenticeship and Junior Aircraft Engineering Programme. - Daily update of trainee tracker – ensuring all information is accurate and up to date (Program start dates, internal training dates and completions, mech stamp status, licence status, planning department dates etc) Chasing up trainees applications
- Progress review tracker – Book trainee review dates and inform trainees/shift leaders of dates booked. Re-arrange dates when necessary. Keep the tracker up to date, file completed reviews in trainee files
- Department placements – Identify suitable dates for department placements, with least possible disruption to roster. Request Rosterer to add placements and resolve any rostering issues, inform trainees and departments of upcoming placement dates
- Prepare interview documents, copy and scan completed interview paperwork, ensure HR receives required paperwork
- Liaise with training department on exam bookings, gather exam result information, inform trainees of exam dates and resit information. Keep spreadsheet of passes/fails/resit dates etc.
- Collate material, produce and distribute quarterly newsletter
- Prepare for and attend internal and external open days
- Liaise with Training department regarding uniform, ID passes
- Collate trainee personal information required for medical bookings. Book medicals for airside driving passes. Deal with any cancellations/re-scheduling
- Ensure all trainee electronic folders are up to date, file all documents - reviews certificate copies, letters, CVs etc
- Scanning, photocopying, producing documents, checking and responding to emails
- Ad hoc duties on day-to-day basis
Requirements - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
