About This Role
As a Training Centre Administrator, you will be responsible to the Training Centre Manager for the PSTC Program. You will engage with the customer, plan and coordinate Signal drafting and Course paneling, liaise with other CAE staff and perform all-round office administrative duties.
This role will be based on site at Randwick Barracks, NSW.
The role we are offering you
- Conduct required course opening and closure for students
- Organise meetings and course scheduling events
- Support any project initialisation
- Evaluate cost, schedule, key performance indicators and identify discrepancies and measure impact
- Conduct course paneling signal for Royal Australian Navy personnel to release.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Advanced skills and knowledge of productivity suites (Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace)
- Effective communication skills
- Sound knowledge of Project Management fundamentals and tools
- Financial and/or business acumen as well as experience within government or defence would be an asset

Security requirements
As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance, and preferably already hold a current SECRET (NV1) clearance.
