Role Summary
* In this role, you will perform routine tool set-up, minor repairs, and fabrication or assembly of tools. You will operate factory support equipment to move materials and tools, provide tooling support to other organizations, and assist with fabrication processes, design, and reverse engineering while maintaining safety and quality standards. Education & Job Requirements
* You must have
* A High School Diploma or GED.
* A minimum of 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience with tool maintenance or repair.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings.
* U.S. Person status required for export compliance purposes. Preferred Skills

* You will be able
* Perform routine tool set-up activities.
* Make minor repairs to tools.
* Manufacture, assemble, and fabricate tools.
* Operate factory support equipment to move materials and tools.
* Provide tooling support to other organizations.
* Assist in determining fabrication and assembly processes for designs.
* Assist in reverse engineering design and fabrication processes for parts.
* Follow a tool readiness process, including preventive maintenance.
* Carry materials and tools up to 35 lbs as needed.
* Use forklifts or other material handling equipment as required.
* Read and follow blueprint drawings.
* Perform on-the-job training as assigned. Physical Requirements
