The Senior HR Business Partner reports to and works closely with the Director of Human Resources. As a Sr. HR Business Partner, you will support the organizations leaders across the entire talent lifecycle. This role is a proactive Human Resources partner and internal consultant focused on driving business success and achieving competitive advantage through human capital strategy. This key role functions as a trusted and collaborative senior strategic advisor to business unit leadership while executing HR strategies to support organizational capability, workforce planning, employee development, change management, employee engagement, and effective business performance. The role will be expected to strategize and collaborate with all leadership and HR team members to identify growth opportunities, engage and retain employees through HR initiatives, and aid in establishing an efficient organizational design.
