Responsibilities
The Sr. Analyst of Omnichannel Analytics will gather, interpret, and provide data analytics, reporting, and insights to the various functions across the Omnichannel Group. Areas of focus for the omnichannel group include direct ecommerce (web and mobile app), ancillary products and merchandising, loyalty, and 3rd party distribution. The Sr. Analyst will work with analysts and key stakeholders within each of the omnichannel groups to help unify reporting efforts and provide a broader context for trends observed across the areas of focus of the omnichannel groups.
The Sr. Analyst will identify the best way to collect and analyze data and input from multiple external and internal sources and interpret, organize, and distribute the data into actionable solutions. This includes identifying and implementing solutions for optimizing and automating existing reporting as well as leveraging business intelligence reporting tools to create and monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics. This role is critical to fuel data-driven culture and to help make informed business decisions. Additionally, the Sr. Analyst will provide analysis, development, interpretation, and resolution of problems and projects while using an understanding of business data and an assessment of organizational needs to solve complex technical problems and develop/enhance key performance metrics in preparation of system requirements.

- Program Analysis: Supports omnichannel business partners through the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. Build customized, high-value analyses and dashboards that surface market insights. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and report findings and make recommendations to company leadership.
- Information Requirements: Pull together cross functional teams to identify business solutions as directed. Coordinate with omnichannel teams to review objectives and align them with broader business goals. Gather, translate, and build out business requirements into data model and report specifications.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data quality and integrity is highlighted and maintained by the standardization of data definitions. Highlight data outliers within standard reports and dashboards and identifies possible resolutions. Follow and make recommendation for best practices in data querying and manipulation to ensure data integrity.
- Cross-channel insights: Guide omnichannel teams by providing high level data points to base program level forecasts off. Provide insights to omnichannel groups that will ground their program observations in the context of overall business and channel trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, or another Data-Driven field, Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ yrs. exp. using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Experience with SQL or other related databases with knowledge of SQL query to conduct data analysis.
- Technical experience developing and maintaining Predictive and Recommendation models, Algorithms using Analytical tools preferably Microsoft Azure Machine Learning platform highly preferred.
- User knowledge with data management, data analysis and visualization.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities with an ability to execute complex data extraction and analytical projects.
- Extensive data analysis experience, problem solving skills, documentation, and solution development.
- Experience managing projects (working along with PMs or serving as one).
- Advanced knowledge in Data Governance and Data Quality standards.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience with data cleaning, transformation, analysis, and visualization in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Exposure to Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other web tracking tools.
- Exposure to A/B testing concepts.

- Detail Oriented: You can use granular and detailed data to build holistic view of the world and are able to find and identify outliers within massive data sets.
- Logical and analytical: You’re quantitative and qualitative and able to distill and synthesize complex ideas into concise, meaningful information and tell the story through data. You’re adept at prioritization and project management with attentiveness to detail and consistent follow through.
- Creative: Not all answers come easy, but you should be able to find solutions to your problems when faced with roadblocks.

- Travel up to 10 of the time.
- Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
