What Will You Be Doing?
The primary function for this position will be to administer the Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management platform to (i) track the flow of contracts for the Company, including oversight of the contract review, approval, execution and delivery flows, (ii) ensure compliance with all contractually required notice and reporting requirements, (iii) administer the related internal data repository for all contracts, and (iv) maintain all user training materials, conducting regular training sessions as required. Additionally, this position will support the Companys legal staff with basic research, drafting and preliminary contract review, licensing requirements and litigation tracking support as needed.
Essential Functions
- Establish and administer CLM application for tracking the contract review and approval process
- Maintain electronic file indexed repository of the original copies of all Company contracts and agreements and all amendments and associated files (15)
- Monitor contract expiration dates and notice requirements, providing monthly reporting to ensure compliance with renewals
- Ensure compliance with contract audit reporting requirements
- Collaborate with Legal, Sourcing, Finance, and other departments to streamline contract processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of contract status, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Manage platforms vendor creation process, and contract attributes, in addition to regular cleansing and updating of CLM system and other materials as needed
- Create, maintain, execute/conduct training as required/requested, and promote Center of Excellence for Contract Sponsors, ensuring contract sponsors have accessible knowledge to mitigate risk to the company and comply with company policies.
- Process incoming litigation and ensure matter management repository is current and available to stakeholders.
- Create, maintain, and ensure compliance with Contract Sponsor Policy and Procedures, and achieve yearly trainings for all contract sponsors.

Qualifications
- BS/BA or related work experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Paralegal experience desired, but not required
- Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft soft, Power BI, CLM platforms
- Demonstrated ability with MS Access, SharePoint or similar database software preferred
- Familiarity with Contract Life Management Systems & Process
- Knowledge of SOXs requirements and compliance
- Effective, clear and complete communication in writing and face to face with internal and external contacts

- Proficiency in software systems to assist with job duties

Salary Range
$72,000 - $96,331
