MAG Aerospace is seeking an experienced Acquisition Specialist to provide advice for program/budget scheduling and planning, including preparing recommendations for program objectives, operating schedules, and resource requirements. Provide budgetary expertise for cost-cutting issues, asset marketability, program development, monetary fund management / benefit administration, equity monitoring, and originations. Prepare documentation in support of Milestone Decisions and reviews for the overall acquisition process and will assist program and product managers in developing obligation plans, P&R Forms, Weapon System Reviews, and Program Objective Memoranda.This is an opportunity to be involved in the newly formed PM Cyber & Space and be a part of the rapidly growing Cyber Development Product Office responsible for key capabilities within the offensive cyber operations world.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Management and organization of digital or physical information repositories.
- Composing letters, reports and presentations within specific formatting guidelines.
- Capturing, compiling and management of meeting notes and action items.
- Coordination and support of digital, local or remote meetings and events.
- Track, understand, inform, and assist adherence to relevant organizational policy affecting product development teams.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Knowledge and Skills
- Familiarity with RDT&E acquisition processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proven verbal and written communications, and the ability to work on multi-functional teams in a fast-paced development environment.
- Intermediate to advanced office computer application skills including expertise with word processing, spreadsheet design, and presentation preparation.
Clearance
- Must Currently Posses an Active TS/SCI
Experience
- 10 years of progressive experience in the DOD 5000 acquisition process, supporting the budgetary aspects of program management, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, risk management, and supportability.
- 10 years of experience as government or SETA within a program management office for the acquisition of cyber, EW, Intelligence, or other tactical C4ISR programs.
Education
- Bachelors Degree; preferred degree in Business or Accounting (or equivalent experience)
- 4 additional years of experience may be substituted for bachelor’s degree.
Other Qualifications
Ability to work within office/field/lab environments
Ability to travel 20 required to Army and Contractor locations within CONUS
