As a Senior Operations Administrator, Aviation with Summit Air you will be responsible for a variety of confidential and administrative support to the COO, business unit, and departmental leaders of the Summit Aviation group. This role ensures organizational efficiency and supports with business objectives through effective coordination and execution of priorities.

Working with Summit Air, safety is the top priority, and the perks are endless!Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including drafting documents, managing company credit cards, and coordinating employee recognition programs
- Assist with town halls, expense reports, and business travel processes
- Organize business cards, client gifts, and maintain updated client lists
- Manage the COO’s schedule, emails, and communications, ensuring efficient coordination with stakeholders
- Organize meetings and update materials for executive and strategic planning sessions
- Handle confidential documents and support the communications team with scripts and image organization
- Maintain reports on customer KPIs and weekly performance metrics
- Assist in planning industry events and support social media engagement
- Coordinate supplier pre-qualifications and the annual holiday mail-out
Qualifications
- Min of 4 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Understanding of basic aviation terms, customer KPIs, fuel reports, and operational metrics for effective report generation and communication.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chat GPT and Outlook for creating reports, presentations, correspondence, and organizing schedules.
- Experience with tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar for organizing virtual meetings.
- Ability to work with document management platforms (e.g., SharePoint) for maintaining confidential records and ensuring proper file organization.
- Familiarity with corporate travel booking systems, such as CWT or other travel credit management platforms.
Working Conditions
- This is an office-based position with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week
