JSfirm.com is the leading employment website to the Aviation Industry.  We are seeking a skilled resume writer to create professional resumes for our aviation Job Seekers.  The position is located in our Mt. Pleasant, PA office and will report to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Working with Job Seekers and Candidates to create resumes tailored to each individual that will aid with their job search.
• Developing an attractive layout and design to make candidates stand out to prospective employers.
• Advising candidates on the best presentation of their experience, accomplishments, skills, and qualifications.
• Learning the aviation industry and understanding how industry specific information is best used to present candidates to prospective employers.
• Choosing the right type of content and format for every candidate's resume.
• Providing customer support to job applicants on JSfirm.com.
• Answering phones and providing administrative support, customer service, and advice on website enhancements.
• Keeping track of the job industry and its changing resume requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong command of English, grammar, and punctuation.
• Proven writing skills.
• The ability to create resumes free of grammatical, spelling, and/or factual errors.
• Excellent communication skills to interview and interact with customers to choose the correct information for the resume.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills and software proficiency; specifically with the Microsoft Office suite of tools.
• Excellent typing skills.
• Degree preferred but not necessary.
