As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the recruitment process by supporting the Talent Acquisition team in updating our applicant tracking system, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about creating a positive candidate experience.
What youll do:
- Communicate with candidates regarding application status, interview logistics, and follow-ups.
- Ensure all candidate data is accurately recorded in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Schedule interviews with candidates and internal interviewers, ensuring availability and smooth communication.
- Provide candidates with detailed interview itineraries, including company information, schedules, and directions.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person interview setups, including booking meeting rooms and managing technology logistics.
- Post and maintain job advertisements across various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.).
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment databases.
- Assist in tracking key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate feedback.
- Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, including coordinating travel arrangements for candidates if necessary.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Basic Requirements:
- High school diploma
- At least 2 years of HR administrative experience
- Must be authorized to work in the US
Desired Characteristics:
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with recruitment platforms.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
This role is an in-office position.
