Program Logistic Specialist
Summary
The Program Logistic Specialist will be responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various programs within our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for making a positive impact through program development and execution.
 
Essential Job Functions:
  • Assist in the implementation of program objectives, strategies, and action plans.
  • Coordinate program activities, including management of Government web sites Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Teams Logistics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of program goals with organizational priorities.
  • Serve as a liaison between program participants, partners, and stakeholders, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Monitor program progress and performance, tracking key metrics and milestones.
  • Collect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about relevant industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to program management.
 
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in program coordination, project management, or a related area.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of program evaluation methodologies and performance measurement techniques.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in program activities.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
 
Pay Range: $22.00 to $25.00 hourly
