Since 2001, Northrop Grumman has delivered Through-Life Support to the Royal Australian Air Force’s 34 Squadron located at RAAF Fairbairn in Canberra. The high-performing Northrop Grumman SPA (Special Purpose Aircraft) team is comprised of approximately 50 staff who provide all levels of maintenance, training and logistics support to the fleet of two Boeing BBJ’s and three Dassault Falcon 7X’s Business Jets.
Your Role
As the Quality Assurance Advisor, you will ensure compliance with Defence Aviation Safety Regulations. You will play a key role in:
- Delivering audit and assurance activities, assuring compliance and conformance to regulations
- Risk assessment and monitoring and reporting on performance
- Performing incident investigations, providing recommendations and actions based on objective evidence within expected time frames
- Conducting periodic reviews and updates of documents
About You
To be successful in this position you must hold formal qualifications as a Lead Auditor. You will have experience in Quality Management within an Aviation environment. You will be a pro-active individual, with excellent communication skills and able to work within a team environment.
The ability to obtain a defence security clearance is imperative, you must be an Australian Citizen and be able to satisfy police checks.
