Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
Review and manage web analytics of our advertising, content conversion, and sales lead generation.
Prepare presentations, sales reports, and analysis for internal and/or external use.
Prepare, write, and coordinate the maintenance of standard marketing materials.
Evaluate and select outside vendors for graphic design and pre-press production based on competence and cost-effectiveness; monitor their work.
Establish budgets and schedules for the division and submit monthly reports accurately and timely.
Optimize web functionality and increase quality and quantity of web traffic for Division website while maintaining compliance with corporate standards.
Direct, manage, and participate in Division trade show activities, customer meeting preparations, and attend events/ industry conferences.
Assist Division by providing guidance and marcom plans on new advertising programs, PR activities, catalog production, trade show participation, product launches and other promotion activities.
Interface with market channels on promotional needs.
Manage the design of graphic projects for division customers, providing both management and hands-on creative support.
Maintain databases including digital assets, customer, competitive products that can be used strategically by organization.
Assist sales prospecting as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
5+ years of progressive experience in business, marketing, or related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Excellent P.C. skills with proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Preferred experience with design, development and CX tools including Adobe creative suite, Oracle, and Eloqua.
Preferred experience in authoring white papers, articles, and other promotional activities for B2B industry.
Project management skills with sales/marketing experience.
Exhibit outstanding problem solving and influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data and draw data-based conclusions.
10-15 travel is required.
