Strong analytical skills for fact-checking and validating all movements and communications are correct prior implementation.
Ability to identify and resolve placement issues, including researching complaints, verifying seniority and pay, and responding to questions.
Adaptable to systems and software, with troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise.
Skilled in managing and organizing both digital and paper documentation efficiently.
Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, delivering outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent decision making and judgement
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook for email, scheduling, and calendar management.
What You Need to be Successful
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience within an administrative or support role, preferably supporting functions such as HR Operations, Labor Relations, HR Service Center, Payroll or related.
