You will be an Items Analyst for a in Killeen, Tx. at the Killeen Special Repair Activity (KSRA).



What You Will Be Doing
As an Items Analyst you will perform day-to-day USG supply chain management activities in support of the TADS USG PBL contract and International contracts at the Killeen SRA. You will have daily interface with Sustainment and Repair Operations teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring inventory sufficiency with respect to mission requirements throughout the life cycle of supported systems.
• Managing and controlling the asset position of customer inventories, especially under the conditions of performance-based logistics (PBL) and total system performance responsibility (TSPR) contracts.
• Making and executing decisions for operating inventory to include suppliers, repair facilities, 3PLs and customer locations, including priority interpretation, inventory allocation and asset redistribution as necessary among sources of supply and military operating locations.
• Responding to military service inquiries
• Supporting requests for proposals and provisioning determinations
• Understanding and using various inventory optimization models forecasting and managing budget requirements
• Interfacing with company and DoD information management systems
• Ensuring fidelity of asset identification
• Resolving technical and support problems for assigned classes of items by actively interfacing engineering and suppliers
• Preparing status reports and metrics relating to supplier performance and mission readiness.
• Processing hardware requests in support of inducted repairs for both USG and International customers.
• Performing annual physical inventory and reconciliation of USG and International hardware assets.
• Creating/revising desktop procedures.
• Supporting process improvement initiatives.
• Processing obsolete hardware for scrap disposition.
• Supporting International Contract Closeouts.
• Processing shipping and receiving documentation and booking transportation with various shipping carriers.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• Ability to interface with a variety of information technology logistics applications.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
