Job Summary
The Executive Assistant provides a broad range of administrative, technical and clerical support to the President and any associated staff. They also serve as an integral part of the departmental team.
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately and confidentially handle the correspondence, reports, materials and non-routine information for the Site Director.
- Schedule, organize and coordinate the activities for the Site Director and members of associated staff including business meetings, travel arrangements, appointments and conferences.
- Organize and complete a variety of nonrecurring and ongoing projects assigned by the Site Director and staff including but not limited to: special reports to the COO, spreadsheets, presentations, strategic plans, and data analysis.
- Responsible for working with company’s Sharepoint site, including reporting; might serve
- Support multiple and concurrent activities, providing administrative guidance and support to a variety of activities and projects. Work independently or in a team.
- Maintain an in-depth working knowledge of the organization, disciplines supported, organizational systems, budget and planning methodologies, training methods, business practices, policies, procedures and activities.
- Effectively and promptly communicate with internal and external customers relative to the department’s policies and practices, answer applicable questions and alert departmental leadership relative to issues affecting the department and the company as a whole.
- Establish and maintain filing system for the department.
- May provide guidance to less experienced administrative personnel.
- Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for effective performance.
- Performs other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
