$37.49-$41.65/Hour

Responsibilities:
- Leading the Employee Involvement process.
- Conduct thorough assessments of processes and practices against established standards and criteria.
- Analyze and interpret data derived from assessments and other relevant sources.
- Provide actionable feedback based on assessment results to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to develop effective strategies, plans, and metrics aligned with company initiatives, utilizing Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.
- Implement strategies and plans at the appropriate organizational levels to drive sustainable improvements.
- Work independently under general direction while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate and empower employees on Lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
- Actively participate in cross-functional teams to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 3+ years of using Lean methods / Lean Tools.
- Experience with project management and self- managing projects.
- Ability to work a variable shift as needed for business.
- Strong customer service skills, communication and problem-solving skills.
- 2+ years of experience in operations analysis.
- 2+ years of experience working in manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace
- Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness and ability to work overtime if needed.
