Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time. Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines: Reliability System Safety and Supportability.
What You Will Do:
Life Cycle Engineering is conducting search for a Depot and Logistics Analyst based at Raytheon’s Tucson, AZ facility. As a Depot and Logistics Analyst, you’re responsible for coordination and control of Government Furnished Property (GFP), Government Furnished Material (GFM) and Customer Acquired Material (CAM) as well as DD250 processing and direct engagement with the USG customer, program team and functional partners
You’ll provide broad coordination and support for Development Labs, Depot Operations and cross product teams, with an emphasis on day-to-day execution with specific attention to Government Furnished Material/Customer Acquired Material process improvements. This position will be on-site.
Additional responsibilities related to overall support of the day-to-day activities for successful program execution will include:
- Managing location and coordination of test equipment used by multiple contracts
- Processing PRISM transactions for GFM movement
- Processing material for disposition through the plant clearance process
- SME and owner of GFP list creation in support of proposals
- Reviewing GFP lists throughout the life of the contract to ensure flawless contract execution
- Collaborating with Contracts Department to obtain necessary contract modifications
- Performing physical GFM and IDP inventory activities in a lab setting
- Preparing property and GFM Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs)
- Coordinating with Depot Coordinator and Operations to facilitate factory hardware repair work
- Interfacing with Government customers, DCMA and suppliers
- Tracking contract deliverables and preparing DD250 submissions
- Facilitating receipts and shipments of assets in and out of the lab
- Performing property contract closeout activities including disposition, contract transfers, utilization reviews and losses of CAM, GFM, and IDP
This job is posted as Onsite and is based at Raytheon’s Tucson, AZ facility.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience. An advanced degree may account for additional years of experience as required for this position
- Experience with customer acquired material or depot hardware handling and transportation requirements
- Experience with inventory control tools
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Project Management and Logistics skills
- Strong understanding of Lab Environment (i.e. moving assets in and out, security protocols etc.)
- Prior experience supporting development programs, production and/or sustainment programs, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry
- Experience solving problems and communicating effectively with stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience with leadership teams
- Experience with product lifecycle management
- Experience with Property or Contract Closeout, FAR & DFARS Compliance or Audits

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
