Job Summary

The Cirrus Experience Learning and Development team is looking for an experienced training facilitator who will be an essential part of the expansion of our world-class customer engagement curricula. The person in this role will implement educational experiences with both internal Cirrus employees and externally, across the Cirrus Authorized Network to support their engagement in maintaining the Cirrus experience. The Cirrus experience Trainer will be responsible for implementing impactful education initiatives using a variety of learning solutions including in-person classes, live and recorded webinars, on-demand videos and virtual classroom sessions. Additionally, the trainer will function in an advisory capacity to anticipate and recommend innovative learning strategies and content.

Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions

  • Supports the Cirrus World Class customer experience standardization and training within Cirrus and across Cirrus Authorized network.
  • Embodies the consistent and effective use of the Cirrus Service Essentials.
  • Facilitates and delivers educational programs via classroom, webinar, or other virtual environments in an engaging manner that is inclusive of various adult learning styles.
  • Collaborates with the Cirrus Experience Manager, Learning and Development, other Cirrus leaders, and business partners to identify requirements needed for learning content development
  • Conducts measurements of learning initiatives, programs, and materials; recommends improvements and adjustments to increase learning engagement and retention.
  • Assists in the creation of instructional videos, webinars, & presentations for HR related initiatives, such as onboarding, safety procedures, career development, employer branding, etc.
  • Regular, reliable and predictable attendance.
  • Travel Requirements estimated up to 50, including the potential need to travel internationally.
  • Company vehicle driving requirements estimated at 5; must have drivers license and acceptable driving record.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, hospitality management, education, human resources, or related area required
  • 5+ years experience in presenting, facilitating, and leading training, preferably in a luxury brand setting
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgement
  • Proven creativity with experience in education
  • Proven knowledge of traditional and modern learning techniques
  • Proven knowledge of digital learning media (infographic, training videos, etc.)
  • MS Office Suite proficient
  • Ability to effectively manage stress, including competing work demands and multiple projects at the same time
