20 - Work with Engineering Leads to Perform Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) activities to accurately represent the program logic and the activities sequenced with appropriate lead times and durations.
30 - Perform monthly IMS status and work with the business manager to ensure cost and schedule integration and maintain through change control process.
20 - Conduct schedule integrity checks, correcting schedule when necessary.
30 - Build metrics and schedule status charts for program management and external customers including, critical path, 14-point schedule health analysis, execution indices and schedule risk assessments.
Qualifications:
Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree or pursuing master’s degree with a discipline in business.
Requires U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residency or other status as a U.S. Person. Must be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement.
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Must demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communications skills, be proficient in the use of PC, internet, intranet and electronic office applications.
- Must be adept at taking direction, work well with teams and be customer focused.
- Demonstrated ability to perform on task and follow up on assignments. Must be able to handle multiple projects at the same time and have basic project management skills.
- Safe work practices, proper ethics and attention to detail are required. Candidate must work with moderate guidance on projects with short-term focus. This position requires a positive attitude and personal interaction with various team members and customers.
