Associate - Production C
Kent, WA
Contract Position
Responsibilities:
- Provide general assistance around the shop, including administrative and technical tasks.
- Assist with shop loading and work kit preparation.
- Stock raw materials in appropriate quantities.
- Clean and maintain equipment as directed.
- Make sure workers and technicians have the tools necessary to complete their assigned tasks.
- Serve as a liaison between manufacturing teams, production control, research and development, and engineering.
- Assist shop managers, supervisors, leads, engineers, and quality as needed.
- Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
- Package accepted hardware and supplies for storage or shipment.
- Work safely around chemicals, compressed air, pneumatics, heavy machinery, etc.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools.
- Capacity to analyze a situation and prioritize tasks.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
