What are your contributions to the team?
- Plan and manage the execution of maintenance, equipment installation and building projects. Manage and supervise work orders relating to site operations.
- Manage calls for tenders and set repair progress schedules.
- Plan, monitor the work carried out and produce improvement and prevention reports.
- Weave and develop links with customers and choose solutions adapted to their needs.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and monitor repair work in the factory. Ensure monitoring of the budget corresponding to maintenance operations.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have technical college training, or any other equivalent training/experience combination.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- You have a good understanding of building equipment.
- You have very good management of time and priorities.
- You have a good knowledge of the MS Office suite, MS project and the ERP system (Maximo desirable).
- You speak French and English orally and in writing.
