What are your contributions to the team?
- Simultaneously manage several projects related to customer-requested changes to Global aircraft interior completions. You will evaluate financial and schedule impacts of customization requests. You will be responsible to follow up and assure that relevant functional groups are respecting commitments until accepted changes are implemented.
- Harmonize and communicate plans & follow the implementation plan for these customer requests, to insure a perfect execution on the production line.
- Identify & communicate schedule & financials risks and provide visibility on impacts & mitigation plans.
- Identify financial impacts from customer change requests and proceed to their financial reconciliations.
- Provide support and prioritization to internal focals
- Work on projects for continuous improvement of interior completions processes.
- Work in a cross-functional environment where you must deal with all levels of various functions.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a bachelors degree in Business Administration (GOP), or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in aviation
- You have experience in the manufacturing industry (an asset)
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
- You are proficient with BDI (an asset)
- You are proficient with SAP (an asset)
- You have knowledge in P&Os/C&Os/RFQs/ODI process (Price and offerability/Request for quote/Outstanding Delivery Items)
- You have a good interpersonal, leadership & communication skills
- You are customer-oriented and innovative in problem solving
- You show an open mind and a great ability to work as a team player
- You must have a sense of organization; time management and you demonstrate autonomy
- You have good knowledge in operational and financial management, as well as terminology and legal interpretation of the contract
- You are bilingual (English & French)
