In collaboration with the manager and business partners, the Business Intelligence Analyst designs, develops, and evolves modern analytics solutions to support organizational decision-making. The incumbent leverages Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and artificial intelligence capabilities to transform data into high-value insights and performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders across departments to understand needs and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports based on key performance indicators;
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance data models within Power BI;
- Use Microsoft Fabric to integrate, transform, and orchestrate data (Dataflows, pipelines, Lakehouse);
- Integrate multiple data sources (SQL Server, Snowflake, Excel, APIs, etc.) while ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability;
- Leverage artificial intelligence and advanced analytics capabilities (Copilot, automation, advanced analysis) to optimize insights and streamline analytical processes;
- Continuously optimize the performance of Power BI models and reports and automate reporting processes where applicable;
- Support and guide users and analysts in adopting Power BI and analytical tools, and document developed solutions from both technical and functional perspectives;
- Contribute to data governance, best practices, and the evolution of business intelligence and emerging analytics technologies within the organization.
