Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the FLICA or like crew bidding system.
- Process, post, manage, close and AWARDS monthly bids.
- Maintain strong working relationships with Crew Planning, Training Planning and designated Union members to ensure bidding meets all CBA and business requirements.
- Help in preparing and assembling monthly bid packages IN FLICA.
- Receive, sort, and file all crew member incoming email requests, with base transfer requests, relief line requests, training and vacation requests.
- Perform other duties related to Crew Resources as needed such as answering incoming email and phone calls.
- Assign and manage all Flight Attendant Recurrent Training and special assignments.
- Maintain accurate and updated Pilot and Flight Attendant Seniority Lists.
- Cost-effective and efficient completion of monthly transition for crew members
- Accurate and timely processing of crew member EAR’s
- May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate (e.g., emergencies change in workload, rush jobs or technical developments).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Some experience in Aviation or Crew Resource related areas preferred.
- General knowledge of Sabre, Sabre Crew Trac and FLICA
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Think Critically, Communicate Clearly
- Able to maintain focus for long periods of time and high degree of accuracy.
- Strong sense of urgency and strict adherence to contractual obligations and timelines.
- Team player that will be able to function across many different departments and individuals.
- Strong internal customer service skills.
- Great communication skills and the ability to communicate complex information in a simple, understandable manner.
- Lift up to 10 lbs. Job primarily involves sitting.
- Some remote work may be necessary to facilitate contractual timelines.
